2. Purpose of the website

InbestPlanners is a stock market analysis platform covering 12 international markets and some 1,300 stocks. It publishes technical signals, rankings and scores, which are non-personalised investment recommendations (see section 3), and general market information: quality metrics and articles. It also offers tools to track a portfolio.

The public sections can be browsed without an account. The other features require a paid subscription (Starter or Professional), which may start with a 7-day free trial with a card, one per person. There is no free plan with an account.

3. Nature of the service: not personalised advice

Accordingly, the content of this website does not constitute:

• Personalised financial, tax, accounting or legal advice.
• Investment advice or personalised recommendations, nor an offer or solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments.
• Portfolio management, reception, transmission or execution of orders, or any other investment service.

InbestPlanners is not an investment firm nor a tied agent, and holds no authorisation from the Spanish CNMV or any other supervisory authority. As it provides no investment services and no personalised advice, it understands that no such authorisation is required.

Your investment decisions are your sole responsibility. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investing in financial markets carries the risk of losing some or all of the capital invested.

4. Conditions of access and use

You may browse the public sections of the site freely and at no cost, without an account. The other features require a paid subscription and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, having read the Privacy Policy.

You undertake to use the site lawfully, in accordance with the law, public order and this Legal Notice. In particular, you may not:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the owner or third parties.
• Extract content or data from the site by automated means (e.g. bots or scraping), reverse engineer it or attempt to circumvent its technical or access restrictions.
• Impersonate other people.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on this site (text, graphics, code, trade marks, logos, images, databases and software) is owned by Juan José Cirera Ortiz or his licensors and is protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the content without express written authorisation is prohibited, except for the personal and private use the law allows you.

Market data is obtained from external providers that aggregate publicly available financial information, and is used for informational purposes.
